| NS CONCERT OF THE YEAR 2011 |
NS Concert of the year 2011, an annual rock concert, was held on Saturday, December 10 in the Great Hall of Sports & Business center Vojvodina in Novi Sad. The organization, production and complete technical realization, as in previous years, were done by the Studio Berar team. This concert traditionally gathers all the best that current Serbian rock scene has to offer. This time, for the first time, fans had a chance to enjoy in a no-break 9-hour-long concert, thanks to the new No-break stage. Activating the new No-break stage, all the visitors were able to enjoy the concert continuously, without interruption or a pause. The bands kept interchanging on alternate stages from 5pm untill 2 o'clock after midnight. This approach is completely new and presented for the first time. NS Concert of the year 2011 all along presented a foundation of the local rock scene during the 90's and the best kick for the introduction of bands, but with this new stage concept, it has certainly gained more in importance and recognition of emerging young forces and it continues to establish itself as the only event that keeps the overall rock music capacity firmly and straightforward in an uncompromising approach. The bands who perform on NS Concert of the year 2011 were Hype, Lude Krawe, Zbogom Brus Li, Dža ili bu, Deca loših muzičara, Love Hunters, Sunshine, Eyesburn, Ritam nereda, Goblini i Partibrejkers, as well as new, prospective ones, whose time is yet to come: Gunsale, Dreddup, Branimir i neprijatelji, Potres, Concrete Sun i Kolaps.
