One of the most famous Scottish bands Franz Ferdinand made his debut in the Serbian Republic on 02nd July this year during the Kaštel rock fest. Energetic music supported with the premium sound system and great atmosphere were absolutely justified all the audience expectations. Studio Berar team once again proved its superiority and high level of professionalism and impeccable technical realization of the event.

Franz Ferdinand band was founded in 2002. and today is one of the five most wanted and most popular bands in the world. During almost ten years of existence they have won some of the world's most prestigious music awards including Grammy, MTV and Brit Awards, deservedly received the epithet of the world's leading musical attractions.

Currently band is preparing its fourth studio album, and for the numerous audiences gathered in Banja Luka premier some of the newest still unpublished songs. Band's lead singer Alex Kapranos, expressed his delight with Banja Luka audiences, as he said he was pleased because they understood his sense of humor. It was great. The crowd was very good. We are glad that people sing our songs. During the performance I felt the energy increases until eventually explodes - said Alex Kapranos right after the concert.

Kaštel Rock Fest was held in the compound of the Banja Luka Summer Festival Balf and is supported by the city government. During the festival, except the headliner also were performed; Urban & 4, The Fire band and band Alexandria.
