At the 13th TAKTONS, held from November 09th – 12th in Novi Sad Studio M, and organized by the Broadcasting Institution of Vojvodina, Studio Berar has introduced latest audio and lighting technology for the Broadcast. All equipment on display were presented in real-time working conditions, since the TAKTONS was held in the premises of Radio Novi Sad, while the technical personnel of Studio Berar was pleased to introduce to all interested visitors the technical characteristics of the solutions presented and equipment exposed. All of the equipment was allowed to by tested by the interested visitors, allowing them to get familiar with the technical characteristics. The greatest attention on our stand has been drawn by a new digital audio mixer Soundcraft Vi1, coming at a very attractive price in comparison to the larger Vi models, even though it features most of their prestigious properties. In addition, we also presented the Vi6 – Soundcraft's most powerful digital audio mixer, and a compact twenty-four channel Si series digital audio mixer. All presented mixers were connected by MADI protocol over optical cables and RME MADI cards, enabling multi-channel display and reproduction, i.e. sharing MADI signal between Stage boxes, and multi-track recording. During all four days of the Taktons we also presented a wide range of studio microphones (from home edition to highly professional), digital wireless microphones and communications systems, workstations for audio production in a home studio, as well as the latest generation professional studio monitors. Studio fixtures we displayed presented the latest generation of LED technology whose implementation can significantly reduce energy consumption and provide a significantly wider range of colors, needed in the TV studio operations.
